Refund policy

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Please read the dimensions of the product before purchasing so you don’t get any surprises.

If you are not happy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please contact us by emailing returns@frinkle.co.uk or clicking on RETURNS.  

Items can be returned within 28 days as long as they are in their original packaging, unworn, clean and in the condition they were received in.

If your item is faulty please let us know that this is the reason you are returning it. You are entitled to a full refund or an exchange, please let us know which you prefer.

You are responsible for the postage cost incurred on returns. You are welcome to use whatever service you feel is reasonable to return the item(s) to Frinkle as long as it is expected within the 28 days returns period. Once we have received your return, we will process your refund or process your exchange if this is what you have requested. We will notify you upon receipt and to let you know when the refund is processed. Please allow up to 28 days for your bank to receive the funds but it normally takes 3-5 business working days. 

Your items are guaranteed from breakage or tarnish for 3 months, providing that you take care of it by: 

• Not spraying perfume or hairspray on your jewellery.
• Do not wear during exercise. 
• Do not wear in a swimming pool, hot tub or chlorinated water.
• Do not Bleach.
• Do not wear in bed or while sleeping.
• Do not cover jewellery with Hand Sanitiser. 
• Take jewellery off before showering or bathing.  

When storing your jewellery, be careful not to get it tangled and we recommend storing it in tissue paper provided inside our packaging. We suggest not storing Frinkle Jewellery with other jewellery.
